Except the axis will matter. It's a bit of a pain to get the road to actually follow the curve rather than just follow at first try. Usually, it has to point X, but we tend to create things along the Y axis. Applying rotations and where both origins of curve and object will also play a role. Big chance in real life your object will actually go straight up, follow the curve sideways or even upside down until you figure the axis and rotations out.

Make sure you apply scale every now and again to prevent textures stretching.

Weird that you have a paid addon for this, but you haven't created a video showcasing it. It might be a good idea considering the official Epic one shown here is abandoned.

To get better lighting try shooting a chromeball, greyball and a color chart to calibrate. unwrap the chrome and seperate the sun from your ambiant to be able to match your highlights and your shadows. Then its all about matching everything in your 3d scene : the orientation with a chromeball and the intensity of the lights with the greyball
Three things I will have to add as someone with experience doing water shaders. Firstly, the refraction and glass shader nodes perform basically the same task but the glass also has proper fresnel built in already, so the refraction bdsf is redundant. Secondly, the colour ramp does not give a gradient if it is used like this, as you need an existing gradient into it, with this setup you will just get the median colour of the ramp. Thirdly, with the 4.3 update you should replace the principled volume with a volume scatter set to "Fournier-Forand" as this is already made to accurately represent a water-like volume.

Hi, great tutorial! I have a problem with BuildingSelect_WB. At Spawn actorPlacement BP engine gives the following error: "The current value of the ' Spawn Transform ' pin is invalid: 'Spawn Transform' in action 'BeginDeferredActorSpawnFromClass' must have an input wired into it ("by ref" params expect a valid input to operate on)." And "The current value of the ' Spawn Transform ' pin is invalid: 'Spawn Transform' in action 'FinishSpawningActor' must have an input wired into it ("by ref" params expect a valid input to operate on)." In the video at timestamp 5:50, But I followed all the steps after this as well, but the mentioned errors were the result. Can anyone guess what might be the issue.
