I call them mud wasps. They aren't aggressive but they're kind of big and I wouldn't want to mess with them directly. Knock down their mud nests and they move on.

Ceiling creature is a mud dauber, a kind of wasp. They build the mud tube, lay an egg and abandon it. If there's a hole in it, it's empty. They're pretty chill anyway. Those helicopters are probably military. I didn't see the star marking them as military, but that doesn't mean much. Training exercises from a nearby base. Those are meat sheep, and the donkey is their guardian. People need to know that donkeys are very aggressive guardians.

Its also well known that spray foam insulation drastically increases the structural strength of the building. Many neighborhoods after hurricanes/etc only the houses with spray foam stayed up. Gambling on your house literally burning down is the most ridiculous thing to argue about. Yes the fumes are toxic. But the entire house is gonna be on fire before that becomes a issue. The logic in this is absolutely cherry picked insanity
