Yes, and only seconds after he'd said things like "The beavers are very vulnerable right now" and "I'm not scared at all" - and then: ⚡WOOH!!⚡ ⚡WOOH-WOOH-WOOH!!⚡ ⚡WOOH!!!⚡ Still one of my highlights in all of his videos! 😊
I enjoy hiking through the woods with you, from the comfort of my chair. No heat, flies, rain, critters. I love watching the culvert clearings. Lupin are beautiful. Keep up the good work 👍.😊
Hi, Postie at 25:35 you have a female merganser duck and her ducklings and before them a nice female white tail deer. I love the fact you have much wildlife in your neck of the woods so cool!
For once I saw this come up right away instead of getting a “new video” notification from YT three days 🙄 after the video was uploaded. The three day lag has become annoyingly common. I am unwinding with this video now after a long day. The scenery there is so beautiful. I love all the green, and the fall colors too. Every time I watch one of your videos I get my New England “fix” without needing to travel. Thank you for that. ❤️
These 2 episodes are perfect examples why it’s such a pleasure and really worth watching every minute of your videos; with the extras adding cherries on top 😃! Whether it’s the unclogging, these little adventure tours in the wilderness around that spots and the joy when spotting animals & flowers - I feel the same just watching it. Well, and coming from Germany - perfect opportunity to train British understatement skills now - and it’s slight tendency 😉 of being bit overly regulated, I’m quite amused to see that bridge at the end of the clip with deck slabs just made of logs (yes, noted the steel truss below) and (almost) no guardrails, especially when considering these huge log trucks. Would estimate height above the river of 10m / 33ft (if not even more). I could imagine the smile on the face of a truck driver in case he would be accompanied by `big city´ people; telling them “you just might wanna focus where the road continues on the other side - or simply close your eyes now”.
Yay, successful Chub rescue! Seriously, it's amazing no predator picked the poor thing off since the previous day. What a marvelous walk, too. Many thanks, post 10.
We didn't get a peep of the beavers this time, but at least we got a glimpse of a deer, ducks, moose, butterflies, turtle, and I rare face rock! I must say that high bridge was beautiful and peaceful with all of the nature views and sounds 😎👍
Imagine the story that the little fish will have to tell. "I swear, the place had less water by the moment, I was just still waiting for the worst, and then a HUGE thing, must have been a god, caught me and threw me here".
lots of interesting stuff. Liked seeing those big logging trucks in action. And it was so peaceful on the high bridge. I felt like hopping in a canoe and paddling down that river, lol. Thanks for the bonus.
Moose!! Thanks Post for making these. Last night i was having a bad anxiety attack, i happened to be watching one of your videos and started feeling better do i pulled up one of your play lists watched it till i fell asleep. Its nice to find calming content that i can also watch with my daughter whos turning 8 soon (so many have horrible language). Cant wait for the next vid!
Hey Posty - haven't watched you in a while. Wow, your personality shines right thru the lens now, what a huge difference - I feel quite proud inside me. Big thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍👍
OPS! What was that pumpkin face at the end, with the hat? Love when you do still pictures at the end. Beautiful sunset on the one. Great shots. 👍 And the flowers. WOW! So beautiful. Wish I had them in my garden area.
I just got a crazy case of déjà vu when Post was at the bridge with the river under it. It reminds me of the movie Stand By Me only he’s not on train tracks😅,and it would be so nostalgic if he had to run back off the bridge just to let a logging truck through☺️
I have a suggestion for your store. Beaver walking sticks. They could just be natural like you find them. Years ago, I had one and took it to school to show my students. They were amazed at the tooth marks and how it had been debarked. One little boy liked it so well that he took it home with him and I could never get it back. But everybody, young and old, who lived near him knew about it and he told the world how cool it was, so I didn't press the issue. I bet he still has it. lol I hate that the turtle nesta will be destroyed. when the road is graded The deer wanted you to leave. Her fawn must have been close by. The duck & duckings were cute. Gprgeous lupines! That young moose thought he was winning a race with you! Thanks so much.

My initial thought was more towards the common merganser ("Gänsesäger"), and also tend to stay with this when comparing pictures after your interesting comment here. The bird in the clip has its `signature´ feathers more at its neck rather than on its head. Unfortunately I wasn't able to detect a very clear frame showing its beak.
@@NRZ-3Pi10 Okay, I have to admit that you are absolutely right. When you look at the chicks you get clarity. On the Great Crested Grebe they are striped, on the Merganser they are spotted.
@@ralfoverbeck5127 No worries and Thanks for the additional hint; actually I’m glad your comment triggered me to look up the great crested grebe. We even might have those in my area since there’s lot of ponds around; just that I’m not aware I’ve ever noted them consciously. Different to the common merganser, who from time to time also visit ponds close to the company I’m working for. And well, you might be aware in Bavaria we’re using `Haubentaucher´ not only for the bird 😉 (for our friends in the US &UK: similar to the double meaning of `jay´; to stay with birds). Unless the water temperature is drastically different. I don't think it matters. Around my house they will pull up a tanker truck full of fish and dump it off the bridge over 50feet
