Nice to see the floodline in the distance, quite impressive! I remember when you were there and showed us the flooded yellow gate...it was kind of creepy... Thx a lot for the update! 👍👍👍
I remember last year when you first noticed the flood & how shocked you were! I sat here with my mouth wide open as I was surprised by the amount of water! Thanks for the update POST 10!
I was looking for someone to post this "I remember that flood video" 🙌 It's crazy how mother nature slowly repairs itself (minus the idiots w/ the excavator) 😉
🎉🥳🎉 Congrats on passing the 800.000 subs!! 🎉🥳🎉 I have been with you a long time, I subbed when you had between the 800-900 followers and have seen almost all of your vids and am truly happy for you now you even are passed the 800 thousand! Thank you for taking us along, it has been a joy and learned a lot along the way, saw so much stunning nature and so much more, keep it up because I want to learn and see so much more! 😎👌
Thanks for the Great Update! I was very shocked how the forest got flooded deep with a ton of water. I never seen anything like that before. It's crazy.
Cool. I remember your visit during the flood. Very interesting to see it a year later, and the water line on the trees. It will be interesting to see it next year, if the beavers get to work.
Thanks for the update on this area. It looks very different now. I can’t imagine that much water being there at one time. I don’t doubt you I’ve just never seen it! Awesome!
The difference in the area is mind blowing. I remember how green and beautiful it was there before the flood. It looks like an alien landscape now. Thanks for the update! 🙂
I am fiddling "Swinging on a Gate" on my Violin. Hell0 from rocky coast of Maine, US October 22, 2024. I grew up in Concord, Mass. 1956-1997. I am 72 years of age.
I've been struggling mentally the past few days, maybe a week, and I had forgotten about your channel. On a restless night I find your videos again by chance. I needed this. Thanks, Post.
Was in Pennsylvania bout two weeks ago the weather on the east coast is totally different than here in the Midwest is totally still mostly green yet for trees 🌳 where Pennsylvania was half to mostly colored in trees for fall and much colder enjoy the content .
Another gorgeous, interesting area. That high waterline is incredible! I do hope the beavers come back to that lodge. After all, the excavator operator is on their side. LOL Again, thanks for taking us along!
I watched that same video you’re talking about where a bunch of boats all towed an island to move it to keep it from destroying things! That was an awesome video😮
great to see an update for this one since it's been a long time... it always fascinates me how a lot of the subscribers came to your defense in the comments everytime I see someone post the video of you unclogging this rack on facebook since a lot of people would think you were just throwing the materials and clogging the other side.
The colors of fall in this video are stunning at times. Thanks really pretty shots out across the water. Edit 16:48 would be an awesome print! The drive at the end is beautiful!
Give those bad excavators hell. If I was overseeing that property I'd be pissed that my equipmennt was distroyed.😡 Good information and video to match, thank you. Looking forward to seeing what this area may look like in the Spring. The flood marks on the trees in the distance is amazing, I've never seen that before.
Those same signs showed up in indiana about 4 months ago on the state owned land. I had to stop one day because they just appeared one day and i drive the same road to work every day.
Post, thanks for teaching and showing and sharing so.much information. Always learning from you. You make every video very interesting and enjoyable. 👍😁
I don't know about in the northeast, but we in the southeast rarely get Indigenous Peoples' Day (you called it Columbus Day) off from work. It's a federal holiday, but even most banks are open. It's amazing what flood waters can do. I look forward to seeing the area in the future as it recovers.
Kinda scary scary to think about, but probably a lot of those beaver dams blew out in reverse. I bet that area flooded fast after they slammed shut the flood gates.
If the group that owns the road actually cares, they 'could' repair the A-frame trash rack. It would involve hauling a welder out that far, or round-tripping the rack to a welder.
FYI, that noise was not angry crows. They were blue jays; the bullies of all birds... They'll mimic the sounds of all the other birds enjoying a nice area, giving the sense of all's well. Then they'll ambush everyone around them with that screeching and dive-bombs--for days on end--until they have that area all to themselves. My next door neighbour has a gorgeous backyard garden every year, and at the end of summers it's always a screech fest of blue jays.
Why is it I somewhat sense you and operators of excavators don’t seem to be best friends always 😉? You appear getting quite passionate during some recent clips 😅. Back to main topic: Thanks for including the link from one year ago; kind of before & after at a completely different level. Well, by creating such large retention areas, we’re adapting to some good practice from our beaver friends. Their large dam in that area worked as first level fire-wall most of the time at least.
The irony of beavers being forced out by water.
Nice to see the floodline in the distance, quite impressive!

I’ve been wondering how this place was since the flood displaced the beavers. Thanks for the update!
Sad to see what they did to the beaver rack! I remember that flood video. It was terrifying! Thanks for the update.

Why don’t you do city drains anymore?

Fascinating and very beautiful thank you for posting and enjoy your youthful mobility.
That old waterline is amazing and so interesting! I remember when you were there during the flooding. So glad the beavers are back.
I've been struggling mentally the past few days, maybe a week, and I had forgotten about your channel. On a restless night I find your videos again by chance. I needed this. Thanks, Post.
A bumpy ride down nostalgia lane. The waterline on the trees is something else.
Another great update. Thanks Post 10
I remember that flooded video. Can't believe its drained so much. Interesting to see the before/after. Thanks😊
This is the one I’ve been waiting for. What an idiot for destroying the triangle. Thank you for a really interesting update

Been missing your unclogging of this site! Great to see this update! It will grow back.
You need to interview that excavator operator. 😉
I really appreciate your content. I remember being a little kid and being fascinated by culverts and drains.
So glad to see this area. It was one of my favorites before it flooded
I watched that same video you’re talking about where a bunch of boats all towed an island to move it to keep it from destroying things! That was an awesome video😮
awesome scenery, thanks so much for bringing us along!!
Loved that stone/petrified wood that you found and your wife is mighty strong to help you carry it home. Good lady
What a good-sized temp lake that was, amazing! Many thanks, post 10.
Very interesting, thanks for the update!
Great update. Wow! God Bless....
Every time you hear(hey everyone) you know you’re on the right channel.
That water line is natures way of leaving a record of the event.
I told my sister to check out your channels
Thanks for this update also
Nature moving nature. Seems natural
Wow 👀 Thanks Post! Appreciate you always my friend 🙏🏻 God Bless
Hi post 10! I am a big fan from Denmark Europe ❤ me and my mom watch your videos every night and I get so happy when you post😊
I remember that video, that was absolutely insane.
LOVE update videos 👏👏👏
Hi Post! The sound of birds at 10:00 are actually Bluejays. When they bunch up they get pretty aggressive around other birds.
It's such a beautiful time of year in your area!
Still waiting for the trees in my area to turn. 🙂
Always enjoy your channel and your knowledge is inspiring.😊with my best wishes and warmest regards Steve Perry
Every time I see a bog mat I think about the video you did at the eagle nest where you had to wall across the bog mat
They always make me think of the movie _Willow,_ with the midwife putting the baby onto a bog mat to drift downriver.
Thank you for the video

I remember that flood video Postie. Wow! Been awhile since I heard you say Idiots in Excavators. Still funny. Haha! Thanks for the laugh. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Those same signs showed up in indiana about 4 months ago on the state owned land. I had to stop one day because they just appeared one day and i drive the same road to work every day.
So cool, really awesome to see after the big flood video you did last year!
Post, thanks for teaching and showing and sharing so.much information. Always learning from you. You make every video very interesting and enjoyable. 👍😁
I still remember watching the original video and was shocked.

Beautiful area ...water line was very prominent
Pretty cool I remember you showing us that location when it was flooded it was unrecognizable.
October 14th was my birthday. Your area is absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for sharing this video!
It's called Land and Wildlife Management. Thanks for another great video.
Best way to start a day is with a new Post 10 video! 🎉
Wow that road and scenery looks exactly like Sweden.
Wow that's really amazing to see that line in the distance.
Imagine if it had scarred the beavers and displaced the forest.
Thanks for the update and have you been back to the tree that is against the culvert hope you go sometime soon
thank you Post 10
They opened the gates Post? I haven't been able to drive down that road all summer, cause they closed it. Glad to see it open.
That waterline is crazy
That beaver rack is now beaver accessible after the person broke it in the front but awesome update video and love watching your videos ❤
You're a true Horsefighter!❤
Wow. That tree line looks like someone painted the trees black
Nice vid
Thanks for the update posty!
How many miles on that old beater buggy? 🤔
Great video Thanks for sharing this information
Not sure about the rest of New England but Connecticut has had little to no rain since mid August. Very dry here.
Great update Post.
Kinda scary scary to think about, but probably a lot of those beaver dams blew out in reverse.
I bet that area flooded fast after they slammed shut the flood gates.
It would be interesting to find our why they don't put a couple of Eye-bolts on top of the structure to make it easier to lift the structure. Amazing.
If the beaver dam gets flooded and overwhelmed by water, do the beavers drown?
Thanks for the update!❤
RIP trash rack 5:30

You've been posting some really good content lately! 👍
Thank you! 🦫🍂
Thank You for sharing
Is that place fragrant, like a forest, or smelly, like a swamp?
Smells
@@post.10 Ewe. Still, pretty though!
'light touch' forest management? Very interested in seeing examples of that approach. Thanks for posting.
Rip trash rack 2024 but I wanted u to climb in the lake drain thing and report i was and am interested in that

You must have been driving your old car! Anyway, nice update. Yes I had Thanksgiving while you were filming this.
Hey post, have you ever seen anything unexplainable in the forest? Like Bigfoot or something
10:12 not crows. Maybe bluejays?
Great video.
Great video 👍
Thanks Post.
Updated are great!

NOOOOOOOOO NOT THE BEAVERS
They control time, and they do it out of spite.
Wow! I can barely recognise this place! Some of my favourite videos of yours are of the triangular trash rack, feels a bit sad to see it like this.
Finally, an update from this place. And neat, beavers in the horizon, ready to mess with the culvert in the future. Lol.
Awesome video Post 👍💜
Beavers borrowed the excavator !
