WHILE at the outset, with respect to the empowerment of Healthcare Entities to regulate themselves THRU the Peer Review Mechanism - WHICH was instantiated by the HCQIA of 1986, IT certainly appears that the very unfortunate resultant Unintended Consequences were NEITHER planned NOR intentional; NEVERTHELESS, the downstream effects on real people's lives, jobs, and well-being have nevertheless been tragically horrific. WITH the major adverse effect having BECOME the widespread mis-use AND abuse of THIS mechanism, causing a plethora of Sham Peer Reviews to have been conducted. MANY of the convened boards EITHER unwittingly or malevolently resulted in grotesque miscarriages of so-termed justice -- WHICH ended up literally destroying HUGE numbers of people's careers AND along with IT- the very lives of these good faith actors ACROSS veritably all of the healthcare professions. It's been proven time and time again, with the facts and testimonies in evidence 🧾. THIS eventuality, although of little to no consequence to the Peer Review Boards AND the corporate entities involved, has been a complete and utter failure; indeed, WHY it has not been, at this point or by this time ALREADY, subjected to a total overhaul if not a complete scrapping of said Mechanism is, by NOW, a mystery for the ages. ESPECIALLY since the downstream effects were firstly unforeseen AND are highly destructive (to all concerned as we can safely say); AND secondly, BUT perhaps MOST importantly, the very Bad Outcomes 🤮 are the glaring Negative Externality of THIS punitive, cruel, toxic, arguably draconian, and again- deeply destructive, utterly useless, YET seemingly well- intentioned mechanism THAT was meant to serve the Public Common Good... Nevertheless can NOT ever be viewed as useful, helpful, beneficial, nor meaningfully corrective or purposefully as a Common Good. Making THIS a prime example of The Law of Unintended Consequences. HENCE , this conclusion can ONLY be viewed as anything but a Common Good whereas lives have been destroyed, e.g., people acting in good faith AND working tirelessly as dedicated public servants as physician healers. THUS, it must be dismantled. Simply by virtue of the fact that the Power Assymetries in the Dynamic where IT is deployed, the Sham Peer Review Mechanism that is, does not achieve it's original intended purpose, e.g., to protect the consumer - client - patient population writ large. THEREFORE, since IT fails to serve well it's laudable goal WHILE preserving the constitutionally legal rights of ALL parties concerned - NAMELY the individuals WHOM find themselves sitting in defense of their very livelihoods - AND since IT has been repeatedly and maliciously abused NOT only as a scapegoat mechanism BUT as a extra-judicial forum WHEREIN the boards - sat by fallible if not foul human beings - have ended up making themselves judge, jury, and executioner. NOW, that last bit there may seem to be hyperbole, IT is not: ESPECIALLY since a number of otherwise excellent serving physicians and surgeons as a direct result of having their lives destroyed, for the record not only ended up in financial ruin, bankrupt medical office practices, divorce, untold levels of debt, not to mention- with a dead end, defunct career (since they can no longer obtain a license in another state because they inevitably must relocate due to unrecoverable damage to their hardwon reputations NOR can they NOW hope to obtain medical privileges to work in pretty much any other healthcare facilities- as in nowhere on the planet or at least their home country of origin- in the case of this tremendously fraught issue, the good ole USA), MANY of the human beings who've been called on the carpet, taken to task, persecuted unjustly AND without Due Process - WHICH is their constitutional right - have ended up committing suicide. This is not 🚫 an exaggeration as IT is well documented, AND a simple Web Search quickly and easily reveals the countless numbers of accounts to that effect. THEREFORE, again, this disastrous policy as codified by congressional laws MUST be repealed and THEN since protection of the common good remains essential to the public at large, a completely revised, refurbished, and replaced mechanism be authorized and implemented. Incidentally, I'm happy to go further on the subject, SINCE I too was subjected to the horrifically torturous and ruinous effects of THIS so-called mechanism of public good, i.e., during the aughts, about WHICH I've written and communicated numerous times in various forums and through a variety of channels BOTH public and private as well as official; that is, by definition the making of me into the victim of Unintended Consequences ALTHOUGH in my case the perpetrators of it did so fully aware of their malicious abuse of said Mechanism. And yeah, I'm still horribly phukking traumatized by it some 20 years later. WHICH, for a military veteran of nearly 30 years, with a stellar service record BTW, does not help with the inevitable C-PTSD that so many of us inexorably end up dealing with for the rest of our lives. So, by gum, just please let us end this reign of terror (and other very ugly emergent phenomena like IT) THAT caused Sham Peer Review to BECOME a significantly toxic ☢️ issue ~ for WHICH I've here provided substantial account of AND also undeniably valid arguments against. Anyroads, for the record and for the good of the order. Cheers 🍻 Luck 🍀 Peace 🕊️ Gaia ✨♾️🌌🚀☯️⭐

I wish I could shout this information from the rooftop to all the world. My daughter was murdered by organ harvesting vultures after they determined her to be brain dead 4 days after a medical emergency and I later found out that the hospital had made a referral to the organ harvesting organization the day after her admission. I will never get over it.

@@mariemonn6590 Thank you for asking. My beautiful daughter was just a couple months short of her 40th birthday. Can't recall if it was mentioned in this talk or not but if the family is against organ donation there's nothing you can do about it. Once someone is signed up to be an organ donor your body essentially becomes their property. I'm in Michigan and they want to pass a bill requiring 1 hour education on organ donation in all public schools. I'm sure they'll leave out pertinent details and make it sound like a noble thing to do. Also adding organ donation to tax forms making it easier for people to sign up. Being made aware of these issues recently is what brought me back to this very painful subject. I try to educate as many people as I can so they can make a truly informed decision.

Your assessment at 19:40 about the graph is wrong. The title on the graph (which you aren't showing) is "Number of excess events due to exposure per 1 million exposed." The denominator is *constant* at one million so that a comparative statistic can be plotted. It's the same as the way percentages represent a variable numerator with a constant denominator of 100. the "per 1 million" means we are looking at percentage figures with four extra zeros on the end. If the number of people who tested positive for Covid is likely less than the number who actually had Covid, the amount of myocarditis in people who actually had Covid is likely a *larger* figure than shown in the chart. Statistics 101

Was there a moral or ethical argument to compel anyone to get vaccinated? Does one's right to choose to not participate in human experimentation (potentially exposing oneself to irrevocable harm) supersede one's neighbour’s right to feel more secure? Getting vaccinated is considered an Imperfect Directive (a type of Categorical Imperative) as per Emmanuel Kant (the father of Deontology); that is commendable if done but not blameworthy if not done. Given that the ethics of positive obligations are never considered prima facie, has anyone yet claimed that we are in possession of all relevant information and that there is nothing left new to learn (and thus are able to make a compelling case for imposing Positive Rights)?

I appreciate his insight, but aren’t all status quo assumptions „mass formations“ which have become normalized and conditioned. And if status quo assumptions merely normalized mass formations of the past, then should we not challenge past mass formations which seem not to serve humanity as a whole? And when others agree is that not a mass formation as well. In other words I think there ought to be a distinction made between the agency and intentions behind mass formations. In the case of Covid restrictions the mass formation was manipulated for cynical Gain, the mass formation that the earth revolves around the sun rather than the sun revolving around the earth has aided in a better understanding of the Universe. But very few percentage have tested heliocentric idea, it is believed primarily tested secondarily. The point is that not all mass formation may be bad. The heliocentric view totalizes society. A new scientific discovery will not necessarily be accepted, it may or may not be true. But there is a point it may become conventional knowledge.

Prof. Desmet has a lot of crucial information, but for some reason he seems convinced that those of us who comprise the resistance against the narrative are completely random set of people. I think that's unlikely and untrue. Many of us have either (1) studied what happened in the Soviet Union, or (2) become familiar with lectures from people who have studied the Soviet Union, or (3) know people from communist countries who saw the process forming,😮, and saw where it lead😢. In other words they were informed about real history (mostly aside from state schools).

Well now we know that we are in a totalitarian government system and have been for some time. We have proof of this. Trump just tried to warn us of this truth and was censored by the deep state,( totalitarian government). How funny that these two seem to be perplexed by the fact that people were suspicious of the vaccine while world renowned doctors were trying to tell us that the vaccine was dangerous. Thousands of lives later we know that they were right and big pharma, Fauchi made millions on those deaths. Some of us pay attention to history- the communists and nazi genocide of freedom and truth lovers and productive people..People who are in tune with God, not religion, are able to self govern and don't need an external governing system. All principles of life originate and are applicable from and through God.

Med Students need *more procedures* to become competent in basic hand-on skills--blood draws, IVs, suturing--to begin with. Not to mention the ability to read basic images such as chest X-rays, or interpret EKGs. And exam skills. During med school in the 90s, I found out that MS used to do *all* the blood draws & ABGs in hospitals overnight--why did this end? I graduated barely able to start an IV, draw blood from elderly/weak veins, or suture beyond the most basic. MS need more *hands-on practice & skills* to become competent residents & doctors. Any curriculum that removes the focus on hands-on experience & complex medical decision-making will be a decrement to medical education, training, & ultimately the practice of medicine. Patients will lose.

Doesn't the reaction on Twitter just prove Dr. Mandrola's case on the damaging impact of political incongruence? If you and another person don't share the same belief, it can be extremely challenging to form, or maintain a relationship. I looked through the Twitter comments and it was filled with insults and many had an angry tone. Why would it be different with a patient? I also agree that we all see and understand what the problems are, and I believe most politicians also recognize the problems. The rub is that people have conflicting beliefs regarding the best ways to solve these problems.

But we *should* trust the scientific establishment consensus about climate change, because . . . Well, because that consensus really is just genuine and true? Clown.

He seems to reserve his skepticism and disdain for apparent conflict of interest and misinformation in medicine but claims this is not the case in climate change. The fact that it has transformed from global warming to climate change suggests otherwise. Undoubtedly, oil, gas industry made an effort to influence public opinion but there have numerous “environmental” organizations and other groups attempting to portray a consensus that, if it exists at all, is not based on scientific evidence. It is easy to portray consensus for the obvious - changing climate but this fact is not a basis for the push for drastic change of n social practices and centralized decision-making.
