Today we take a look at a return to the gyps conflict with the Bolinoak Sammahn, a big bulky bear inspired design from Mobile suit Zeta Gundam.
This is an experimental mobile suit designed and created by Paptimus Scirocco for use of his right hand lady Sarah, seen during the ends of the grpys conflict alongside it's sister unit the palace athene the Bolinoak is a unique asymmetrical design with a lot of charm to it.
Unfortunately beyond the charm, this kit does have some balancing issues because of the large scissor claw making the weak balljoint for the abdoment sway to the left side, making this kit need a little bit of TLC to make stable. I don't blame Bandai for this, sometimes with these design's there's only so much a model kit can do to fully represent a design to full accuracy and stability. Thankfully these are model kits and we can easily customize or strengthen these joints how we see fit.
I do like this kit, it's always nice to dip back into older more obscure designs to add some variety to our collection of kits. It's a fine kit but maybe seems just a little niche.
