the whole philippines. like that.. there are security guards even in small stores..

that's normal here in the philippines where there is a lot of security guards in almost all stores..that's good so there are no thieves...it's not like in America where there is no security so most of the stores are robbed and sometimes even family or friends steal from a store and they run out..that won't happen here in the philippines..for sure if a thief does that here..many people will chase him and he will end up in a hospital..

lechon's crispiness depends on how long it is exposed or sit out too long in their buffet counter as moisture can re-accumulate on the skin. you should try the lechon in cebu where they are always freshly roasted as it guarantee crispy savory skin. :)

It,shows you don’t know much about lechon. Not all part of the skin can be crunchy. You have to ask the server you want the crunchy part of skin.

You guys should go to the Poblacion area in Makati! Lots of delicious restaurants, cafes, and bars in one walkable vicinity. You can easily spend the afternoon up to the evening there (preferably on a weekday so it's not too crowded). My recommendations: - Commune Cafe, which has the best Philippine coffee in town and a great ambience perfect for relaxing or studying/working - Wantusawa Oyster Bar, even if it's an oyster bar, has an excellent menu of seafood dishes! My partner and I had a memorable date at this restaurant trying out the fresh fish, shrimp, and of course oysters - All of Poblacion is filled with nightlife, so at nighttime what most people do is go bar-hopping! Hope you two get to visit Poblacion. It's one of the best places to hang out in Metro Manila.
