Ingredients 材料:
2 can braised abalone (红烧鲍鱼)
50g fish maw (魚鳔)
300g cooked broccoli (西兰花)
Seasoning 调汁:
250ml chicken stock (鸡汤)
2 can braised abalone sauce (红烧鲍鱼汁)
3 tbsp abalone sauce (鮑魚汁)
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine (绍酒)
3-5 rock sugar (冰糖)
1 tsp chicken stock powder (鸡精粉)
1 tbsp sesame oil (麻油)
1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp water for thickening (1汤匙粟粉,加入2汤匙水拌匀,打芡用)
Noted:
How to remove the grease from deep-fried fish maw?
Must be soaked in cold water until it expands in size.
油炸好的鱼鳔要如何去油?
泡入冷水中,泡至透即可使用.
