    6 water chestnuts, peeled and chopped
    2 tbsp preserved vegetable/ dong cai, rinsed and chopped
    Seasoning:
    1 tbsp light soy sauce
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp chicken stock powder
    2 tsp corn flour
    3 tbsp water
