Ingredients:
500g big prawns, trimmed, washed and drained
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp cornflour
2 cups oil for frying
3 tbsp butter/margarine
3 egg yolks, beaten lightly
1 tbsp chopped garlic and shallots
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chicken stock power
4 springs curry leaves
6 small red chillies
Dash of slat and pepper to taste
5 tbsp cereal (nestum)
