    Ingredients:
    500g fish fillet, cut into cubes
    2 cups oil for deep frying
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    70g shredded ginger
    3 tbsp Thai basil leaves
    Marinade:
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp cornflour
    Seasoning:
    1 tbsp light soya sauce
    1 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp chicken stock powder
    80 ml rice wine
