1 tsp red yeast rice powder
80g Tapioca Pearls (Sago)
400g Taro / Yam cubed
600g Orange & Yellow Sweet Potatoes cubed
1500ml Water
4 Pandan Leaves
120g Rock Sugar
100g Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
400ml Fresh Coconut Milk
