Specialty bars are a must in the gym. I have the yes4all multi grip and the bells of steel arch nemesis bar. I like the titan bar as well.

I have the Rogue MG-4CN and absolutely love it. The best of both worlds of dumbbells and barbells. Better stability while still having increased range off motion. Regardless of brand I highly recommend getting one for a home gym

I workout at home I am always interested in equipment. I preferred the straight pull up bar the top rather than the angled the angle to me limits your movement.

After 5 months, has your opinion on this piece changed at all? Im really looking for a hammer strength iso row, but $3500 is outrageous. Will this be a suitable alternative; as in, does it feel like a hammer strength motion in regard to ergonomic movement for lat contraction? Finally, did you purchase through Amazon or their website directly? Thanks in advance for answering all these questions. Your opinion will really be my deciding factor.

Mikolo website has the numbers and handles on the pulley trolleys reversed. The directions and yours are the same.

I wish these kind of racks were available when I was starting my home gym during the height of COVID. I ended up paying $700 for a basic, no-name half-rack with non-standard uprights and hole sizes that's incompatible with attachments. Major Fitness may not be the highest quality, but it's crazy how much functionality you can get for your money nowadays. The home gym market has come a long ways.

I think something that people need to consider when buying a budget rack is if they are looking to upgrade down the road, the resale market for home gym equipment is not where it was back during COVID when gyms were closed. I used to be able to sell any gym equipment and it would be gone within hours a few years ago to now where I'll list something and it will sit for months or until I am practically giving it away. Also, budget racks, especially 2x2 racks, tend to have less available in terms of attachments. I've been using my Titan T-2 rack for almost 4 years with no complaints so I definitely see the value in budget offerings but also Titan does an excellent job in offering a ton of accessories for that rack.
