    Ok so after making videos public, I always do them and look for any issues & here I will say I left off the low lunge backbend with shoulder stretch you will see the 1st side at 10:30, make sure to add it in on the 2nd side at about 27:40 - such a yummy stretch 🙏👀 & you might also enjoy this strong flow 🧘‍♀️ ua-cam.com/video/2nTXpnRVETg/v-deo.html

    What a treat! Shoulder work + hips is an A+ for me! Half hanuman to elephant trunk pose was super creative! Awesome flow! Thanks girl! 🥰
