When in town, buy a facemask nebulizer from a pharmacy… the type that has the little medicine cup. Afterwards at some point, I will advise what to use in it to quickly get over a sinus or flu, cold, etc. infection.

Walnut trees need a lot of water to flourish and produce a decent crop. If they are still providing their fruit then there is water underground. As for the river being dry, surprise! It’s not really dry. If one was to dig down a few feet you will find water. We have seen this same issue here in Greece. A river bed will appear to be dry but a few feet under the river bed there is usually water running below the gravel bed.
