I just did the setup you did at 1:56 with king without the side throw. If you do that setup it will do 74 dmg in Tekken 8. if you do the grab mix after and hit a Giantswing you will do another 70 dmg because Giantswing will hit the wall. Meaning with a wall splat and a throw, KING just did 144 DMG to the opponent. Every character in Tekken 8 has 180 health, with this setup, King has put every SINGLE character into Rage. This is not even accounting for other setups with this move. Jeez...

@@friendlykoala No problem man! I was just goin through these tekken 7 tech videos and seeing if they work in 8 or not. It seems that the devs took out alot of the cheesy stuff. Setup heavy players are really rare nowadays. Cheese really seems to be more of a forgotten art nowadays.

I recently got T8, theorycrafting with the game, but as I'm a bit too strict on the quality of my content, it's taking time to come up with content that would be worthy of my quality standards 😅 (Also I'm busy as heck with my job) But if I'm taking too much time, I might probably upload a casual session, just discovering the game

Yeah I've been using those sequences while playing, except 11d1 into RWV12, sounds good 👌 I just didn't think of keeping the clips when it happened only once in a match, or didn't lead to any decent combo lol 😅

Oh, that setup was showcased in the theorycraft video about Armor King, in part 2's section about b1 and WS2. f4 in the opponent's back will leave you at around +7, so you get many followups for free, or more mixups to just keep chaining wallsplats
