I once played a Hwo that used the safe RA almost everytime, and I just happened to be using Jin at that time. That made me play Jin more, solely for the parry.

Great idea imo. Also, while the rushdown and mixup archetypes do apply, I believe everyone can play Hwo in their own unique way.

I can tell you already, she has a 1+2 grab that you can do from harrier stance. It works everytime and get frametrap 1,1,2 into df4

The best cure for this is just d+1, cause is too much frame spacing between this strings. After d+1 i have +6 and can do many things with every character.
It's a bit risky if the Hwoarang player notices you are doing that, cause many people are doing it already. But as long as it keeps working, there's no reason to stop doing it for sure lol

Passons a la critique mdrr pour une fois je trouves que tu as joué étonament clean si on enlève tes combos de qualité mdrr
Sinon la rage art est -7 j'avoue que c'est busted, sa devrais être punissable même si pas launchable en vrai, elle est clairement dans le top 5 celle d'Alisa aussi je trouves est busted, certains persos ont de gros punish sur ces 2 rage arts, mais bon c'est une erreur de design de lui avoir mis la rage art sur flamingo déjà, et ensuite de l'avoir rendue safe, contrairement aux autres persos il prend des risque dans ces stances, et c'est pas instantané mais c'est gratuit d'appuyer dessus
En vrai cette vidéo c'est surtout parce qu'on me l'a demandé dans un commentaire xD

I think I switch depending on the matchup, aggressive characters like Hwo I tend to be Type 1, characters that I know that are shit at offense and have gimmicks I tend to be Type 2

The golden rule is to not sidestep when you're at a big disadvantage, starting from - 6.
You can sidestep some strings and stances, it all depends on your matchup knowledge.
This this what made me quit tekken... No new gameplay just keep on repeating same strings and just overwhelme ur opponent with repetition which is not tekken...
Honestly, repetition is not supposed to overwhelm unless you aren't adapting. Characters like Hwoarang are supposed to overwhelm by throwing hundreds of different moves, and I chose to do the exact opposite. What were you struggling with?
@@friendlykoala i humbly will say that people learn from yt and because of that every hworang is same … same flowcharts same moves, its not about character its about people who come and watch yt and repeat the same thing over and over and over with everyone characters i play online … be it hworang, king, paul, dlcs etc etc .. great vid to entertain but sadly people take these as genuine advicce and repeat it. I hope u understand what i am struggling with nothing new, no situational moves, no reads, no learning, hence no tekken 😚
@@wildhynagames7911 oh right, thanks for the detailed explanation. Yeah I try to not take myself too seriously in order to let the audience tell the difference between legit advice and silly entertainment, but I might have to pay attention to that aspect more 😅
