Very cool . I been want to build a flintlock one or rifle. Got a cva bobcat muzzloader percussion looks like moder Hawkins. Got my cva inline. Also a black powder revolver in 44cal i got from brother that bad shape that did few videos on repairing it.
@brokeloader use Normal caps 11 I think not musket caps out the bigger nipples for them. My musket I thought switch it to a 209 kit . I seen Mr mtman switch one of his revolver to a 209 kit . JW-SigP225 UA-cam channel has lot good info on bp revolvers in pentrashion videos. I know one I got I go through a car door or 5 pine boards.

Did you notice a production difference between the bags or drums? I used bags the year before last but I didn’t take care of them so I’d have to buy more. I’ve used old tires before but didn’t have the best luck with them
I live in the sticks about 10 miles out from a city of 35k so we used to get random strays but for some reason I haven’t seen any in the last 5 years? I always enjoyed new freeloaders. Especially if they were friendly
