Nice batch of potatoes! I use to haul potatoes over the road, I didn't realize they could keep for year or more when stored. I was loading them all through out the year out of Colorado and asked them if they get two crops a year, guys said no, they store them in barns and ship out year round.
I must be doing something wrong. I have to plant 10lbs of potatoes to get 15. I think I’m cutting my seed potatoes too small. Fresh potatoes snd summer squash with butter and garlic on the grill is the best!
Well i can tell ya I half mine or left them whole and planted them and got a better return. if it makes you feel better i cant grow corn to save my butt.
