Catherine is one of the few times Persona team worked on something that isn't Persona and it's amazing. a quirky Xbox 360 era classic that just reeks of the early 10s and is probably the most unique thing Atlus has ever done.

Onimusha Warlords: A Retrospective Series Review
clicked on the video cause i was interested in the game but had to opt out, the "humor" is like nails on a chalkboard 😂 cool game to cover but yeah every time you try to make a joke it's extremely cringe friendo.
Fair enough, I like it though so 🤷
@@sharpdressedgoblin i know you like it, you hit upload on this absolute stinker. "game made by a local crackhead under a bridge" yeah really great we all know that's what crackheads are up to down there, extremely funny and great comment you've made -____- (and that's only from the first 20 seconds)
I'm not gonna waste my time arguing with someone on the subjective quality of my video. You didn't like it that's fine it's an acquired taste, but no need to be a dickhead.
Also you say friendo fucking cringe
lol you are wasting your time man so please don’t act holier than thou :) Thanks for deleting my comment really supports my argument that your humor sucks. I didn’t do much besides read your really lame joke back to you. Most people should be able to laugh at themselves ha, but you seem to lack the self awareness to do so. You are a complete clown but not in the way you want to be.
Its good to see you back again. Was starting to get worried 🤣
I need to get this
It's definitely a experience ha. If it came out in the UK I definitely would of got a copy
I LOVED this game when i was little. I was running a 40c temperature, went to the hospital and passed out and had a fever dream about this game which is fucking crazy but here i am! I miss this game and i want a copy now hahaha!
Haha I used to play it so much as a kid I used to have dreams about it sometimes. Luckily, it's really cheap to buy these days so go get you some nostalgia mate 👍.
you have alot of potential mate, keep it up
Cheers mate I'll keep at it 😤
I LOVED this game
Good to know that John Romero's brother chose a similar career to his brother.
wait... this video has 924 views as of now. you need more views. subscribed.
Cheers really appreciate it 🙏
why is there so many nazis in this video
Good vid, def deserves more views
Another great video! I always forget how much I missed your editing style until I come back and watch a video again 🤩
Cheers for all the support over the years mate really appreciate it 🙏🙏🙏
What a neat little game and a neat little video to go along with it. I liked the part where they killed so many mammoths the cavemen turned into plants.
Those endings are like something out of a Adult Swim show
Current objective survive XD
It’s just as nonsensical as I remember. I made the mistake of thinking there must’ve been more to it than bonking things on the head and eating them. I’m tempted to come back and actually beat it these 25-ish years later. Thank you.
Honestly, as mad as it is, it's definitely an experience worth having
Absolutely banger video my friend! I had no idea this game existed before this and your breakdown was very informative and fun! Pacing and jokes were fantastic and I overall love the way you describe stuff, great job! Glad to see you're back I personally respect projects like these where they attempt to do something different for the sake of video games as art. They aren't always the most fun to play but I love looking at them from a conceptual point.
Cheers meaty mate 🫡. Hopefully I can keep the pace up and get a bit more prolific 😤
Great stuff as always, thanks for keeping at it man.
✊️
Nice video! If you like Tail Of The Sun for PlayStation, you will also like Cubivore for GameCube. Cheers!
Funny you mention that it's been on my video ideas list a while now I really need to check it out
@@sharpdressedgoblin That's indeed a funny coincidence! You'll see that it shares some vibes with Tail Of The Sun, I think I like the gameplay a bit more tho in Cubivore. Both games are definitely up there on the weirdness tierlist, together with gems like Chulip and Stretch Panic. Am looking forward to your next video. Cheers!
Hoh shit. I owned Aquanauts Holiday. What a blast from the past. Wtf was I even doing besides staring at fish?!
I need to give that game a go soon
Finally: the Sharp Dressed Goblin has come back to UA-cams!
More vids to come I'm already working on the next 😤
This game looks like torture
It's not great... but interesting at the very least ha
Yay good to see ya back matey great vid 😁 love the deep dive on a fairly obscure jap developer! I haven't been on messanger for awhile and had to get a new phone , email account etc etc but ill sort it all out at some point so can chat to ya again
Was starting to get worried about ya 😂
@@sharpdressedgoblin Sorry matey I should've told you what happened but I kinda jumped off all social media for awhile and had a pretty rough year. Have had to get a new car, new home, new teeth and had the kids all the time so it's just flat out. And that's not including my obsession with 100 percenting giant jrpg's
I know the feeling past year wasn't too great for me
@ Yeah I can tell what happened, it's the worst mate but keep ya chin up as your a legend exactly how you are and we all love ya 👾 It's so good to see ya again and chat I've missed it. I'll be sorting messenger out asap brother
If there's one thing I can say about all your videos it's that they're heartfelt and genuine. This was a great video about a unique game, and you totally did it justice. Good work man. I meant to bring it up before, but as a man of culture who appreciates the artistic endeavors of Mr. Ian Fraser Kilmister, how have you not covered Brütal Legend? I mean, the man voices a character in the game who rides a motorcycle while playing a bass strung with steel spider webs. It's a who's who of some of the greatest British rockers of all time. That game deserves more recognition than it got, and I know you could give it justice.
Cheers mate appreciate it I always put my all into my vids ✊️. Lemmy is the guvnor, and not a month doesn't go by without me listening to Orgasmatron ha. But yeah been meaning to cover Brütal Legend for a while loved that game growing up... I mean it has 3 Inches Of Blood in it
@sharpdressedgoblin It has Rob Halford voicing two different characters. It has Dethklok on the soundtrack. It has Tim Curry, the singular best type of curry. What else could you ask for?
Exactly, Judas Priest was one of the best bands I've ever seen live. I'm hoping to see Dethklok finally in the summer they're finally coming here 🙏
Are you jake mcaulay or am i racist
Both can be true at the same time 🤷... but yes ha
What a weird game
it was like it was made for me to make a video on
You just said you don't use any tactics in combat then call the battles hard? You just need to play the game better man
no
51:48, in my experience, Next Order is to the 20th anniversary digivice, as World 1 was to the original digimon virtual pet.
I liked digimon better because they could talk - making them actual characters to me.
Im not sure if this has been commented before, but i didn't recognize it myself, but in DW next order, there is always a bathroom in the gym, even when floatia is small. It's the door to left
In my own headcanon, toriyama stopped caring about dragon ball because he was convinced tobal was gonna be the next big thing, his greatest creation for generations to come lol
I love that you also appreciate FF9's ost
The first Time Splitters is fun to this day. All three have their own appeal.
Haha i actually do like the fade portion of the game. Yes its frustrating at first, but i liked being able to transform into various beings and stunning my enemies over and over using different skills. It added a sort of variety to the fights. It helped that i wasnt too concerned about picking up attribute points since the game is really playable as long as you had 2 healing mages. So, yeah, im one of those internet freaks😂
Had a modded ps1 and this game back in the day. Still have the game they really should remake or re-release it with updated character models.
DW1 the Goat 🐐 🙌
I watch convoluted video to see if the game play of gladius was the game I was looking for for my ps2. I weed through this Mashup of crazy stuff to get maybe 20 sec of game play I remember. This game is one of the best games I have ever played for the ps2. Need to remaster this game.
this is a great comment 😂
Great video! Love the use of Final Fantasy IX music!
I hope you do a part 2 to this, the Star Wars fighting game was absent from this video
Lompolo is a dawg
digimon world 2 becomes so much better when u realize you can play on 4x speed
There is also a lot of love for Alistair from the male community!
