Sh just looks like a playmates toy

this time truly was confusing, nowadays these figures are delayed because theyre making improvements to the articulation, back then other than 2 joints on the muto, no changes were made with those 3 figures 😭

I know this Godzilla’s joints were improved (even if it’s just slightly) so it’s a good pick up as an improvement of the mould for existing collectors or a great cheaper than most S.H.MonsterArts pick up for new collectors

It looks really good! Though to be honest, I am a bit skeptical of the figure, even if I’m not sure why.

This is definitely a good idea for future monsters who have special atomic powers. 🔥

Hiya toys is better than Sh Monsterarts

All I have to say is…SHMA probably copied an old HIYA Godzilla and pasted it on to this one hence the updated sculpt but it was definitely for the better…. The old SHMA sculpt was horrible, Ik this might trigger people, but I’d say that NECAs sculpt was better than it, like the old SHMA looked like a Hesei goji but on steroids and a bit thinner and a kinda similar face to monster verses face but Yh what were they thinking with the old sculpt

Hope they do this to the evolved Godzilla as well. I'll be picking up both. Also I already have two GVK Godzilla's lol

This is a dream figure for me for sure! As a kid playing with my trendsmasters figures I would dream about more detailed articulated figure with light up action. 20 years later...woohooo! Can't wait!

I really like this figure, but unfortunately (as always) I have one problem. He probably won't be able to look directly up, which will make recreating a certain scene from kotm unfortunately impossible.

We all say some bat(bleep) stuff from time to time. But as for this figure he looks awesome, but I'm going to pass on this because I have too many variants of Legendary Godzilla.

@CepiTheNomad I have complaints with Hiya delaying figures and not saying anything about why and when we can expect the full release and I never once bought from Hiya Godzilla evolved from the Basic exquisite line is my first but there has been no news 7 people I knew cancelled there pre orders saying F Hiya and bought the SHMA Godzilla Evolved I haven't I'm keeping my pre order from BBTS but its not helping when we have no news and whats the point in buying from Hiya if they don't even acknowledge that what there doing isn't helping. I don't mind them getting feedback but at the rate they announce things it makes the figures we're waiting for meaningless especially when they have delays and it means figures which were meant to come out are delayed like this figure could be delayed until 2026 due to no news. not to mention tariffs are going into play next year a factor making figure buying expensive. Plus with this figure I don't know if I should get it or not

Oh no he's hot. I agree with your take on the light up sequence but its not a deal breaker for me by any means

80 bucks is alot but it's better than the Bandai KKK (I know Phrasing) Godzilla figure since it didn't have alot of articulation but Hiya's looks like it does have the articulation

The arms have articulate updates and the neck its a little more longer, i think thats why its look dieferent

Think its cool in concept but $80 is a lot and not too big a fan on electronics being in these types of godzilla figures

So what I’m seeing is that s.h just looks for more money aka profit and also looks for more of an articulated figure that actually has a different sculpt which is nice and hiya loos for fair prices and more realistic figures with less articulation.

Personally, I used to hate the SHMA Shimo, and while it isn't great, I will probably buy it, and I'll buy the Hiya, but I have hope that maybe the articulation will save her, and hopefully no insanely tight or loose joints

I agree Hiya Toys is Great but they are trying to make their Godzilla's and Godzilla enemies be able to do Iron man poses and crap! The Sh Monsterarts line Godzilla can barely do iron man poses and Hiya Toys think they can nail that iron man pose with All Godzilla and Godzilla's enemy Toys! Have fun with that and constructing that mobility with Godzilla and his enemy Toys. My Pre-Order for the Godzilla 2024 evolved from Hiya Toys I cancelled that because the figure was pushed back and my mindset is that when people starts making reviews in US "not China" in US is when I'll start buying Hiya Toys because I'm sick of waiting for Toys that are trying to create pose that the monsters can't even do in movies themselves! I wouldn't be surprised if I receive my freaking Hiya Toys Godzilla 2024 Evolved and the Only good and flexible thing on the figure is the tail. The tail can make Godzilla do the drop kick in Godzilla vs Megalon 1973 like WOW we got delayed figures just so Godzilla evolved can do a drop kick that this Godzilla evolved can't even do in that movie. Ridiculous! What Hiya Toys need to do with their Godzilla is give Godzilla up and down abdomen crunch. All the Hiya Toys Godzilla can't crunch up and down, the figure can only swift side to side with us super annoying and Yes, Godzilla can crunch up and down. That's way more realistic and better than all those damn iron man poses that Godzilla clearly can't do in All his movies except maybe the showa's.

Hiya looks better, cheaper, more accurate and doesn't have that ugly green tint.

I was so hyped then, but after several months, I literally forgot that I ordered one for myself. 😅 This Mecha Godzilla looks cool, though. It looks pretty posable, and I love figures that are all silver. They look incredibly striking in a display. ^^

Cepi!!!! Glad to see you’re back in action, man! This crazy hobbyist community is a lot better with you here lol. I think something that is interesting to me, related to the situation with Heisei MG, is that Hiya very promptly released a statement regarding the price for the figure, and how they were going to do some internal reworking/tweaking to the sculpt. Okay, great news! But I’m just thinking, if they could do so for it, then why not for Evolved Godzilla? That figure may as well be an elusive cryptid with how little we know about it at this point.

Mechagodzilla 93 looks great, wish Hiya Toys made Garuda, but I bet that would happen down the road. Man, Hiya should consider making accessory packs for figures they made so that we just don't buy another figure with the same bells and whistles.

Yeah I agree the release dates are a big bummer, I assume part of it is because Hiya is a smaller company. As for the price, he’s supposed to be 8’5 inches tall which people really underestimate, he’s gonna be MASSIVE, so the 60 bucks isn’t bad at all
