Oh My Goodness!!! Thank you SO much for posting this video. You are my hero!! I’ve been angry and frustrated for years because I didn’t know how to clean this mess of a shelf! What a difference this will make for my piece of mind.

Thanks so much!!! I tried numerous times to fix the same problem. Soda (pop) was spilled and the whole thing was stuck together for over a year. So even when I removed the tabs the glass still wouldn't come off. I ran hot water over the glass, and it finally came apart (without breaking!) It was so satisfying following your instructions and knowing that I was doing it correctly. You saved me much frustration. Thanks again!
