The story has a Wizard king named Tû or Túvo whi is ruler of the twilight-elves of the waters of awakening.Some believed Tû had once been abducted by Morgoth and been his pupil, however he does not seem to be an evil character, rather an isolationist who mistrusts the humans... Tolkien says the Avari were led by Morwe and Nurwe in his later writings though, no Elf-Wizard Tû, instead he briefly used the name Thu for a predecessor of Sauron with no known connection to the first elves, though he reminds me of Fankil a lot.
