Looks good as always! Next time try to put all the marinade ingredients in a ziploc bag and shake it up, then add the meat and seal it pressing out as much air as possible. I found that seems to flag everything better, just something I do. And oh my goodness Patches climbing the wall 😂

I'm happy Midnight returned! The pork chops looked tasty. I wouldn't have thought to use worcestershire sauce with pork. I always just use it with beef. I love banana nut muffins. I have 2 bananas. I might just let them get really ripe and mix up a batch! Lol!

We built houses with straw for all of the outdoor ones to stay warm during this bitter winter we’re having. I know you are good person for help keeping the birds and animals as healthy and safe as you can. My heart hurts for all of them. They need love too. How did your pork chops come out? Please let me know, ok? Also, your muffins look really good! I say, if you want them a little brown on top, just put the broiler on low for a little bit. You must watch them carefully though, so they don’t 🔥 lol.

For the icing, is there no sugar added? Maybe the muffins are sweet enough? They look great!

Dinner looked great! When we do frozen meatballs, I cook them in either honey garlic bbq sauce or regular honey garlic sauce. The sides are rice w/ soy sauce or baked potato and mix veggies. Fresh dinner rolls go great with it. It's a favorite around here. I get the big bag of Great Value beef meat balls at Walmart and it usually lasts quite a while.

Mental health aside, what is the point of living if you can't experience the things that bring you joy?❤😸

Just subscribed, a trick I love with the corned beef hash is put can in fridge for a little before use, then open both ends and slide the whole can of it out. I slice into rings of it. You can get 6 of them. Then just smash it like a patty without breaking it up and it cooks like a sausage patty and gets crispy on both sides. Can’t wait to watch your videos from the start. I live frugal also because I have to. I don’t date my bags because I wash them and reuse them. Reuse foil also. Enjoyed your video a lot ! Blessings from Missouri❤

I loved seeing the deer!I am glad for Midnight coming back.Your muffins looked great!How were the pork chops?We usually cook them or ham steak in a little coke(actually diet because that’s what we drink) a little butter, touch of brown sugar, and some pineapple rings or chunks.They come out nice that way also.

We raised 4 children on one good, but not spectacular income. You learn to be resourceful to say the least! These days the kids are grown ( one young adult is still home) we live on SS, Own our home and vehicles, have have no large outstanding debts. We eat very well, and basically want very little considering our modest income. It's all in priorities, how we learn to juggle , and finding ways to cut corners. You're doing great with what you and Glen have~ low income be dawned, those of us who have struggled and survived to lead content and secure lives are experts in our fields! :)

Sometimes, when the weather is bad, super cold or snow, rain etc, an outside cat might not show up for a few days if they are in a safe and relatively sheltered spot. When the weather improves, they come out to eat etc. That has been my experience feeding outside cats over the years.

Use to also put a slice of pineapple on top of each chop.
