This is such a great way to avoid food waste and make planning and shopping easier. I did an inventory last year and discovered I have enough shampoo and conditioner in storage to last 7 years!! lol I just kept buying them assuming I needed more I guess. I sold my very large chest freezer and bought an upright freezer, so much easier. You will have many meal options with what you have. Maybe take some of the older foods or premade meals & put in your regular kitchen freezer. That way you might be more apt to use them up.

I know what you mean with a chest freezer everything gets lost and goes to the bottom. I have a very large chest freezer and I found by using my reusable shopping bags with handles it's so much easier. I use one for all chicken, beef, pork, veggies and etc. When I need to get something out I just pull the bag out and get what I need, then put it back in there. I had an upright but it died and it was packed to the brim and I lost everything, I sick about that for a few days. But it was very old. I have a side by side on the fridge and a small apt size fridge freezer too. We are slowly down sizing now as it's just hubby and I. Thanks so much for sharing, looking forward to the meal plan.
