Good question. We don't because our outdoor fridge gets too cold. We just leave it inside. You are probably supposed to, but we have had no issues so far just leaving it inside!

@ four years ago I made a batch of honey vinegar. Omgoodness it’s so good. I haven’t used it all yet but hoping to make another batch next year if I get extra honey.

You can buy land through the state with little money. I have a video on that. You should watch it. It's the video with the bush plane on it. Very helpful with website info. We just feel very free here...lots of space, resources, big game, mountains, everything is extreme. It fits us pretty good. Jeff and I do miss Oregon in the winters though, I won't lie!
