Can you drift a STOCK BMW E46 M3?
What up yall! I finally got out to my FIRST drift event ever! And with my E46 M3, I was shredding in no time! The car is pretty much stock, minus a CSL intake and muffler, so no angle or drift related mods. This was at the River City Drift event in San Antonio Tx. Next time ill have my mics set up so we can have some CSL intake and exhaust noises. Enjoy!

Finally done with the rear subframe reinforcements! Also went the extra step and installed an X brace from Puretech Sweden. How did you make the holes on the carpet inside the trunk perfect for x brace so it looks clean and OEM
Good question! I left the carpet in place when I drilled the pilot holes from the bottom of the car, and that gave me perfect position for the carpet holes! Then I made the holes larger with a 2” hole saw and that fit perfectly for the x-brace
What exhaust setup are you running along side the intake?
Sounds amazing, can you do it again but this time do it as a time attack and try to get the fastest time

I'm watching your video and the scenery is nice and all this and the car is a gorgeous car but it's up to the driver to make it happen if I give you the best violin in the world available today you have to be a virtuoso able to play this to accentuate its abilities! The way you shift is a sad story you always downshifting and up shifting what's with that you know if you're going to do video you have to know what you're doing with the 6-speed especially a BMW M3 take some lessons from a professional who knows😊 is my recommendation before you go and make any more videos like this one😅😢

Have you seen the Vincebar which also adds to the rear axle carrier panel and sunbrame fix? I think it would add to the X-brace for the best protection.

Sounds like farts. Go with either Dinan and a set of AR20s or even better the B&B Tri Flo w a set of AR20s. Stay away from cheap shit. Not worth it.
Yeah but it sounds like an “exotic fart” at the least! Lol but tbh the Dinan is junk, weighs a ton and only flows out of the passenger side. Super wack. B&B makes good stuff but it still weights ~20lbs more and I’ve heard it’s pretty loud, which I didn’t want. I think for a 300$ muffler the Megan is a great deal, and I happen to think it sounds pretty good, it’s tame too and still dailyable. As you know these cars are hard to make sound “good”, and even some of the expensive options sound like ass. Also good tip on the AR20’s, I’ve heard they work well but I’ll be sticking with the stock mid section. Cheers! 🤘🙌

With the windows down does it scream from the catback? I’m curious because I just bought the same exhaust .. I’m trying to do ironically the same thing you are. CSL box, with a catback that makes a loud noise
It’s not as loud as some of the other exhaust but it definitely wakes up when your stepping on it! I like it because It’s not loud enough to completely drown out the CSL intake. You will love it dude I’m very happy with it so far! I think over the last two months the muffler has broken in completely and it is slightly louder. Cheers!

Is this sound being made from inside the engine bay or is this what you are getting in the cabin?
This is from my mic that’s placed inside the engine bay! I’m cabin it’s probably 60% of what your hearing in the video
