Just some quick revs right after doing the m50 manifold swap on my 328i. I noticed that it seemed to rev up much faster than with the stock M52 manifold
Close! The car at this point had a stock but "gutted" E36 M3 muffler. I cut open the muffler and took all the extra piping out and welded in 2 perforated 2.5" muffler pipes. Saved 18lb's of weight and passed SMOG since it looked stock.
what are benefits of M50 headers?
More airflow. With a remapped ECU to suit you can get +20hp on the top end of the limiter
