It was the perfect antidote to post-election blues in the U.S. and the perfect share to my younger sister, who used to have a mouse house (doll house) for her little stuffed mice, furnished with miniatures made by our (long-gone) mom. what a lovely, lovely work of art. i've been in a a bit of a creative slump, tired of my making my own miniatures... watching this video brought back all the feelings of wonder and joy for me. your hands are so gentle and each little piece of shell and pottery so carefully placed. the driftwood beds and beams, the paper mache walls, the sea glass on the chimney breast... i don't know why, but when you reached the end and put the two beds in the attic i nearly cried. they share a bedroom!! they live together!! in their little cottage of shells built with so much love and care!! there's so much tenderness that brings back the feeling of being a child and picking up sticks and shells and making little things... i watched every second of this and now i'm going to watch it again, because you've inspired me to pick up something small and work on it again. thank you from the bottom of my heart 💕💕☀☀🌿🌿
