Natures work of art, with a little help from humans ❤. I would love to lie down in the different areas with no one about and just be. Fabulous thank you. X ✨
Yes,Sissinghurst is beautiful. But,take me back to your beautiful garden with the birds, wildlife and 'special visitors 'That's where I want to be.Thankyou.❤
This video almost made me cry. I will never get to see this in person but youve captured it wonderfully. Thank you so much for making a tour like this.
It is magnificent. The roof lines, brickwork, windows, towers.....wow! There are no words to describe such a garden as this: how I would love to see it in person, thanks for the tour.
Buttercups are perfect aren't they. I do love them. They never want to grow in my lawn though, only in the borders haha, of course where I don't want them. I don't mind some in the borders but they do spread like crazy and take over if they are allowed. 🌼🌻🌷🌸🐝 x
So dreamy, I hope to visit this magical garden soon, the white garden is so beautiful oh and that tall blue flower I don’t know it but I loved it. I shall be watching this over and over again, thank you for sharing. 🙏
Thank you for sharing, I loved seeing it all! The walled garden made me think of The Secret Garden. I've only been to England once and I don't know if I'll ever get to go again. There were so many things I wanted to see and so many places I wanted to visit. The videos you share from your travels are such a nice way to be there in spirit. Do you take requests? (ha ha 😃)
@@moonlightandhares Awww, that is so sweet and kind of you to offer! Honestly, my list was so random, unrelated, and all over the country. I did go to Kew Gardens and the Lake District (stayed in a B&B, hiked around, and saw Beatrix Potter's home). On my wish list were many craft fairs -- I literally had a list of 'most important artists' whose work I wanted to see (I checked to see if you had a gallery show going at the time but you did not). RHS Garden Wisley was on my list. I wanted to see any castle but did not. I would still be interested in all those things but the latest thing on my list is a visit to The Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth Devon. I love art, gardens, and animals! You can see why I'm here on your channel. Love your videos. 🙂
What better place than an English garden in summertime, and what better garden than Sissinghurst... my favourite! I was never much into gardens until this one came along. The wild, overgrown splendour is hard to resist! Thank you so much for taking us along, one day I hope to see it in person. 🏵🌿
What a beautiful inspirational garden with awesome wild spaces. The white garden was so ethereal and I was captivated every second of your video. Thank you so very much for sharing this beautiful place. 😊
A beautiful garden in a lovely setting. Thank you for sharing your visit with us. Too many wonderful flowers to choose a favourite but I agree the raspberry ripple Rose was pretty.
it is difficult to choose just one isn't it. If I went another day it would probably be something else. I have a thing about raspberry ripple stripy roses right now though. 😊
I love Sissinghurst, but have never been at this time of the year, it is really at peak perfection. Did you manage to get to Great Dixter, another beautiful garden ❤
Thank you for sharing your visit so beautifully - it's somewhere I would love to visit if i am ever in that direction. Seeing the wren in the yew was especially magical! I think the striped rose could be Variegata di Bologna and the tall blue flower looks like Anchusa Loddon Royalist. Even though the skies were grey, the colours of the flowers just sang out.
Wrens are such sweet little birds aren't they. And it didn't seem at all bothered by everyone walking past. I suppose the birds are used to all the visitors. Thanks for letting me know what the plants were. I definitely would like some of the blue plant, the colour is stunning. I have a raspberry ripple rose here in the garden that i bought a couple of years ago and it's beginning to settle in now and grow nicely. It's a little different to the one in the video, but still pretty. I have a bit of a thing for the striped roses at the moment. hehe🙂
Just magicsl. I have always wanted to visit Sissinghurst but never get round to it. The wren in the yew was so sweet-I hope the gardeners are aware and don't trim it!
Oh yes I hope they are aware of the little Jenny Wren.🙏 It's definitely worth the journey to Kent. We also visited Great Dixter garden which is in the area. If you go I would recommend doing that one as well. The wild flower meadows were stunning. Orchids everywhere! And the house itself gorgeous. x

That would be wonderful wouldn’t it. I would love to wander around the white garden in the moonlight. 🌙✨💫😊

The glorious culmination of Vita Sackville-West's creative mind. Just wonderful gardens.
What a beautiful and peaceful place. I can smell the roses...
