One year later, in September 2021, I published a follow-up video to demonstrate a second method that dozens of people have used successfully in the years since. In this third and final installment, I explain what I believe to be the best tab fix yet.
If you've broken one or more tabs on your Bowflex SelectTech weight plates, don't waste money by buying used plates with tabs that will eventually fail as well. With a little effort and a handful of common tools and supplies you can permanently fix your plates and make them Better Than OEM (tm).
