My R1150 GS has some play, i believe its coming from this bearing, what symptoms did you notice with the old one that you decided to replace it?

Looks very familiar. Have the same bike/color here in the states that was given to me. 61k on the clock, requiring the same attention.

I have the Innovv N1-Pro... does all that, also has both a front & rear dash cam!

I’ve taken my R1100R (cruiser model) off-road with off road tires. They’re not bad

thank you I have a 2003 , and ive had some fun , with pinging , so no cheep gas , and the pinging ( actually crazy knocking that was crazy loud ) . The gear shift indicator went out during the rainy season , slowly came back over a 3 week period after the rainy season changes , the ignition wires ( single spark ) turned rock hard and I lost all semblance of timing , and power and any syncing between the two throttle bodies , replacing those made so much of a difference , of course taking the fuel tank off , and the jostling about , and putting the tank back on , probably helped on that but now the fuel pump sounds like a jet engine and the sound that happens when the kill switch is turned to start position , the buzz of the fuel pump priming is now a much higher pitch , like the pump may have shifted a bit and iam getting a resonance because of that so that woo-ping happy sound that you were doing as you were riding that bike and it was riding fantastically, ! I can wholeheartedly relate too 🤪, your video is great

How is it even possible to get BMW bike in such a bad shape in only 19k miles?

Tried it at night or in tunnels? I've read it doesn't adjust the brightness.

Where did you get the accessory mounting bar above your clocks. I’ve been looking for something like that for ages as I’ve found mounting the Nav on the handlebars is too low for me.

Great to see you back buddy. I’ve recently rewatched all your videos as I’ve bought my own yellow GS. High mileage, used & abused, cheapest in the country etc. lol I do love it though-the noise and vibration from that big boxer engine gets under your skin. Hope for more content soon but totally understand your reasons for stepping back.

I also happen to own a yellow R1150GS which has 131.000 kilometers on the odo. It has never let me down en rides great. May I ask which brand topcase your bike is carrying around? It looks pretty practical. Enjoy your beautifull machine on your journeys.

Nice to see you back mate and I’m sure we all understand. That Rear Main Seal for the engine looks like a replica from Motorworks or somewhere, they are Garbage. always used genuine.

In the states we ride those trails on sport bikes.

I did i bought an 2002 1150gs with 98,000 on the clock rode that on some big trips well iver the 100,000+ miles, they really are a great bike

I did think you'd given up, good to see you haven't, theres a space on UA-cam for someone who does their own spannering and then goes out and rides the bike.

It’s all been getting a bit same on UA-cam these days. The Distinguished Gentlemen’Ride and Freddy Dobbs’ Triumph have already been done to death. A bit like trips to the Picos, Norway and Iceland. What has happened to originality? Why do so many UA-camrs seem to follow the same script? Your trip to Morocco was good because it was raw and showed us a lot more of the trip than HH managed to do. His videos show the same half a dozen shots of his Monkey bike that might have been in different places on different roads but it’s really impossible to tell. Your trip on an old GS was interesting because it’s such a contrast to do many of the others who seem to have a new reg bike every year. Do us a favour, get out there and produce some original videos; do your own thing get out of the shadow of those you like to name drop and entertain us. Not all of us want to see the same tired old storylines rolled out time and time again.

It's great seeing you back vlogging again. Obviously family & work come way before vlogs. Good luck with getting the DIY sorted out. I'm sure there's some folk who watch & follow you, would like to come round and give you a hand or do the jobs for you? Great to see such a turn out for the DGR & Freddie's reveal. Joe is certainly a Master at what he does, but we all know it's Mrs Wurks who does it all 'off camera'. Ha Ha. Looking forward to the next one. Keep smiling and riding safe.
