    Hey thanks for the follow up! I’m considering these vs the fall thru design vs roll out Matts. My biggest concern is cleaning up sticky beer spills, paint spills and toddler spills. My whole fam spends a lot of time in there for home brewing and artist studio/painting. Would you still recommend the solid tiles? Or the fall thru or something actually solid?

    Hi Just watched your video - Racedeck Floor - 18 mo in. Nice job. Interested in such a floor. Q is, it being a floating floor, does the floor move some when walked on, or clack at all if the floor impacts the substright heavy objects are moved across it?

    Is it slippery, especially when your shoes are wet or in winter when the car drags in slushy snow that eventually falls onto the floor from the undercarriage??

    I have epoxy in my 3 car garage. I have a pool table on one side and gym on the other side and in the center I left it open to lay down a wrestling mat..wrestling mat I remove all the time after using. I have horse mats where gym is at. The horse mats cover a space about 8ft by 24 ft . Also have 2 gladiator floor cabinets and a work bench on the side where gym is at. Garage all insulated and walls painted. Its my man cave/ game room/gym. I was wondering if it will be worth it to install this flooring on top of my epoxy. I think this tiles are thinner than the horse mats so I don't know if that's going to look awkward. The horse mats are all black made of rubber. I think they are 3/8 thick. Will this look better than my epoxy flooring and will it be an upgrade?? I would think the pool table will need to be removed to install tiles?? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank u. I do not park cars in garage. Like I mentioned before its just a man cave/billiard room/ gym😁

    If I leave the car on jack stands in the garage with these tiles, would it get damaged?

    • @darylmorse
      @darylmorse 2 роки тому

      I have the same question. I leave one of my cars on jack stands for months at a time. Will this damage the tiles? What about using a floor jack with metal wheels?

    • @JoeLazzara
      @JoeLazzara 2 роки тому

      @@darylmorse You would need to put plywood under those jack stands to keep it from really damaging the tiles. Also, other people have said to put the jack wheels on a piece of plywood when lifting the car. It made sense anyways. 🤷‍♂️ I've been looking into getting something like this for my garage too instead of the epoxy, and I got this info from other videos.👍

    We’ve had racedeck flooring in our garage for six years. It looks as good as new. My husband faithfully cleans it with a bissell cross wave. Comes out great. I wish he’d put the same energy into the rest of the floors. Most importantly it finishes off your garage space and adds another room.
