I'm trying to follow you from episode 1 and then in chronological order... But it's not that easy! Despite the playlists on UA-cam, I can't get it sorted... I've finally found episode 1 but not episode 2... Can't you post links on your site to all the episodes in order? Thanks in advance

Ha finally back where she belongs... in the water !!! So happy for you guys that everything is fixed properly. The bad case can be seen as closed. A new chapter in your adventure starts. Watch out with the fender-covers, they very easily keep sand in the cover and make micro-scratches on the hull, that's the reason why i don't use them. And i know quite a lot who stopped using them just for the same reason. So keep a close look on it if you use them !!! Good luck with the try-out sailingtrip 🤩🙃⛵⛵⛵⛵

It floats which is a bonus, now you need to go to sea with full sails into 30 kts heeled over at 45 degrees into slamming seas to see if theres any issues.

The design of your boat got a lot of hate in the comments here, and I know from being a sailor myself that high-aspect keel and rudder cruising boat designs get a lot of hate in the sailing community. Some real-world reporting of how well your boat performs in your many coming future passages, in different conditions, would be very cool!

I remember seeing the episode with the terrifying « crack » sound. At that time I thought your boat was at loss and that the best course of actions for you was to take the money from the insurance and buy another boat. I was not the only one thinking that. With you efforts, hard work, dedication and resilience you proved I was wrong and I’m happy with that ! I also remember your other video with your boat flooded on the yard and asking to myself which god you pissed off to get such a bad karma. You now have your floating home back on the water, starting 2025 in a better mood. Best wishes for your future adventures ! Since this is over, are you planning to put the episode with the incident back online ? It has some value in the documentation of your incredible story.

Ok. I was one of the first to mention your boat being a "total loss" some 4 months ago. Apparently, I said that without having a Magic Mind, you know what I mean. She looks sturdy now, allthough I never trust "Tupperware". She is better, more save, than she was. However, my suggestion would be take off the Grand Soleil logo for the same reason. In the beginning of the video Frankie call Hi "it". Which is blasphemy. Few minutes later she referred to Hi being "she". Autocorrect or did Pat say sth? A sailing vessel is referred to as a "she". This spring I rented a boat for a couple of days. Name of the boat is "Lucas". OMG.......Haha. And then an obviously nervous Pat steering her out of the slings. Looked OK. Docking is more difficult and no footage.........how did that go......be honest. Anyway, so happy for the two of you.

I'm impressed! I can't believed you got this all done in only 4-1/2 months! Especially with having to negotiate with 2 insurers and dealing with multiple surveyors and repair firms. You all should be PROUD of what you have done, what you have accomplished, and most of all your perseverance through what could have been incredibly debilitating emotional circumstances. And now you have a boat that is better than you bought. You guys are inspirations.

I join so many others in being relieved and happy that you are back in the water and that chapter of your life has come to a close. One good thing to consider - the keel loosened in the boat yard - not at sea. In a way, this was fortunate timing. Now you can venture forth with confidence that your vessel is stronger than you got it!

Life begins again for you both. If you ever have a bad day in future, you can remember there was a day you thought the hull couldn’t be repaired ! That’s your default bad day, nothing will ever be that bad again. Not too many people get to start all over again. It’s going to be wonderful every day !

So happy for you guys, it’s been a tough time but now the adventures can begin. I’ll be watching all the way ❤
