Be cold day in he!! id ever cut my coils lol this is what we used to do when we were kids … you reduce the springs rate each ring u cut , one good bump that beast is slamming pan and will destroy it ! Just double check wiring, make sure all the pins look good going into the unit. I just took the Lincoln on a 6 hour one way roadtrip. Still love it. Best $55 radio money could buy in my opinion. Only issue is the lack of volume knob/remote. When finding the updated link I found one with a volume knob. I would install that one next time. But still liking it! Thanks for watching!

The Posting of FORD Courier Pickup (RED) A Buddy back in the day had a YELLOW-ISh one very similar. His reasoning ? Basic Transportaion. Got a Quick Ride in it in which he Explained how it came to be. Like Friends of Friends and parents, Grandparents Neighbors and those who are less likely to put high miles for second and third Use in a pinch situations. GREAT mileage supposedly. Low to the ground meant wind resistance was NOT a Problem. THINK ( Rural Mail Carrier ) where SPPED is NOT an ISSUE. Reliability become the important factor. Starts up. Goes forward and reverse. Has A bed in the back. Room for two THREE or more if the RIGHT Combination of GALS are needing to get some where. Some relatives of mine had a few variations of DATSUNS, Nissans, Volkswagens, and Mazdas, and The FORD RANGER when they Truly were a Small PICK UP with Lots of Get up. MY Personal One came after the Long term Jeep Cherokee finally was going to need both a Exhaust Manifold, Heater Core and a Few subtle upgrades after 15 years of NEAR flawless entertainment / Transportaion being made. Super Cab, 4x4 ( 4.0 Litre ) Automatic, Suicide Doors in the back where smaller Jump seats Actually weren't half bad. The Color Matching Fiberglass Cap was a Deal from an OFF lease that still had parts of the Original Manufacturer Warranty. This also came into play when GOODYEAR had a Re-Call on the tires it was set up with. Got about 15,000 Plus mile on those before they Fully covered the UPGRADED Replacement at No Charge as well. The Biggest Regret was letting go when a F-150 4x4 I had been tempted to drive got me going in the wrong direction. Shortly after there was a SEVERE spike in Gas prices that went near the 5 bucks a gallon range. Coming from the Straight 6 in the cherokee to a 4 litre in the Ranger then the V-8 of the F-150. It did not take long to see this Calculation was anything butt a BAD DREAM ( NIGHTMARE ) really. The Courier along with the Datsuns, Nissans, and Mazdas all were much the same. HIGH FUEL Mileage as the Trade off for NOT getting what many say * OWNING * a TRUCK is ALL About. LESS is INDEED ( MORE ) Meaning * WE * Got Played when the Taxes and Fuel tans got the Best of US on any Given day. Best my buddy said was possible for total miles ? Around 300 if memory serves correct. With a Small Tank and going about 65 or so tops. Most of that was around the 35 or less most week days and weekends unless a true NEED arose to go onto the freeway. Say Gas was about a Buck give or take. That means with less than a ten gallon tank. He was getting some where in the range of 30 PLUS miles or Pennys to drive per Gallon fill up. What DUMB Luck comes from these trade offs. Anyway touching base for my story is most likely similar to others when comparing Sub-compact ( COMPACT ) Mid Sized and then Imports versus ACTUAL American made offerings of the day and age.

Hi Thank you. Due to your video I was able to change the same passenger headlight on my 2014 Kia Optima SXL. Your method works perfectly. The trick to getting the exact same clip off took me a few minutes to figure out. Pushing directly down on the back of the clip to compress it worked but I was trying to get the clip off by turning a screwdriver clockwise on the bottom of the clip wedged against the side of the light. That didn't work until I put the screwdriver in the middle of the clip down by where it hooks on and then turned screwdriver clockwise to flick it off of the holding edge. Another way to think about it is the position that doesn't work is trying to rotate the screwdriver clockwise by the upper end of the holding ledge (the part the clip clips on to which is closer to the hood) When I put the screwdriver in the middle of the side part of the clip and turned it clockwise I was flicking the clip off of the lower edge (closer to ground) Another way to think about it (idk who this note is for, maybe me lol) the holding ledge that the clip clips onto has a lower side (closer to the ground) and an upper side (closer to the hood of the car) After you push down on one side of the holding clip to compress it (with one screwdriver) your mind wants to stick another screwdriver down the side and flick the bottom of the holding clip off from the upper edge of the holding ledge. That didn't work for me as the clip would not come off of the ledge. So on the side of the hold down clip (the think you need to get off) there is a long rectangular open area that goes from the top of the hold down clip down to where it hooks on to the hold down ledge). While still pushing down with one screwdriver I put another flathead screwdriver in that open rectangular channel and when it was reading down on the bottom of the channel I twisted the screwdriver clockwise (to the right) and the clip just popped off like magic. We tested it just the way you did before reassembly. The clip is very easy to push back on. Thank you so much. This took me 10-20 minutes out in the driveway start to finish. BTW Kia wanted $367 for one new bulb. 30 minutes labor for each bulb. Total for both bulbs and labor=$889 plus tax. Kia price for one bulb and labor was $445 plus tax. So thank you again for doing this video. I should have recorded my disassembly and reassembly. I paid $32 for two cheap bulbs on amazon...maybe they won't last long. Again this was on the passenger side. Maybe driver side worse as battery would have to be removed and maybe other stuff. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
