NB Miata Cobalt Radiator Cooling Panel Install!
Переглядів 414Рік тому
Here’s a quick install on a Cobalt radiator cooling panel! Main purpose of this mod is to marginally increase airflow thru the radiator instead of allowing potential air to escape around/ in front of it. This in, conjunction with a hood vent, should definitely help with airflow and heat extraction. Feel free to let me know of any questions/ concerns and thank you for watching! Cobalt Radiator P...

Here’s a VERY quick video on new Konig Countergram wheels for the NB! These are 15x8 25 in size wrapped with 205/50/15’s. Today’s video is on an install of the IRP shifter! May not be everyone’s forte, as throw isn’t typically reduced due to how amazing the stock Miata shifters can be with a simple rebuild. Bought a set of extreme with "track" springs for autocross in my 99 Nb. I originally set them up to what is recommended in the instructions but they where too soft and I was rubbing on my plastic fender liner pretty bad when on track. I had to raise the car more then "recommend". Ride hight is now okay not too high at all but the springs are still too soft for them being advertised as a "track" setup. Just my experience.

Street driving is actually pretty comfortable. Again because the springs are too soft in my opinion 😂. ~500 lb front and ~300lb rear for the track springs included.

Im gonna chime in after watching this vid before doing my gs300 mounts. Dont waste your time trying to unbolt your top caps and maneuver them. Toyota didnt design them to come out to replace the mounts. Hold the engine as high as it will go with a jack and a 2x4 on the oil pan. Loosten the 4 bolts on the subframe AND the strut towers until they're close to coming off but dont take them off. Use a pry bar to pull the subframe down enough until the mount pops out.
