Suggestion: please use a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system for 2purposes. 1. For yourself to monitor your blood sugars and 2. To share with us how much blood sugar spike the food or meal caused. You don’t have to share the exact readings but give an indication of how many points it went up from before eating and 1 hour after eating. Thanks. I am a diabetic and may try some of the good food you are sharing if it is within range of my blood glucose management.
