You need to turn the mold over and cure the underside. Then put it outside and turn it over a few times in a few hours. Then demold and it will be rock hard. Does not matter if it's raining, snowing, as long as it's not dark out, there is sunlight with burrowing UV rays.

OH MY GOODNESS !! These are so UNBELIEVEBLY GORGEOUS !!! Both pieces are fabulous, but my favourite is the tray as I loved exactly, step by step, how you did it, being multicoloured & translucent (in my opinion, translucent is by far my favourite look, but there are still times the opaque look works beautifully as well !) I ABSOLUTELY LOVE, ADORE, & DESPERATELY WANT TO MAKE !! I actually just bought 2 large mosaic moulds. Each mould makes 50 tiles at a time, which are the same size tiles as in your video. One mould is all squares, the other makes all round tiles (they also have hexagon shape) So even though I LOVE GLASS, I also love the idea of making any colour I choose or create, or a mix of colours within each tiny tile that I want to create a mini petri effect. My plan is to make one colour/colour mix throughout the entire 50 tile tray at a time, and after several different coloured lots, to build up a collection where I'm always ready to create with tiles this way.(Let me know if this interests you/anyone reading this and I will send you the link. Maybe try to use a thin acrylic marker for the lines? I can still see the gold paint in the black. It glows under light but maybe that’s a great idea for it to pop. Love how it turned out!

My favorite project so far.

Mancala games are one of my favorite thing to make and gift. I don’t even bother with the hinges. I found nice sturdy zipper bags at Hobby Lobby that work perfectly. The two sides stack great together and then I use a little drawstring bag to hold the marbles.

wow!! that came out beautiful!! I've been using mica powders to paint on my molds, but it seems like I get it everywhere when I do it! You were SO neat! LOL...Also, I today I had to do a mold in the shape of a motorcycle, with an unbelievable amount of detail that I could barely make out. What would be your advice for tricky molds like those? (It was a commissioned piece, so it made me really nervous). Thanks!! xo
