If you do the tour they see about 10 but they are a range of price, size and location based on everyone in the groups requests. I think you pay 4 k just for the notary public and taxes of all kind. Check if you have sewer connection, gas and electricity and you most of all, must restructure the house which in most cases is very old.

Both! The house is dividing into a 3 bedroom longer term (1 year) lease and this studio with a kitchen. Lisa will retire to one half at some point. She gets to pick which half 😀
The quality of life in Italy in the highest in Europe. It’s a rich country that can afford healthcare for each and every resident, the stress is minimal, the quality of food is excellent due to the laws that are protecting public health, you can have access to fresh fish daily and there is a lot motivation to move around with the beautiful scenery and beaches museum and sites to see when I’m there I don’t even realise how much I walked

There are so many beautiful areas and you have a wonderful budget. Depends on what you are looking for ..beach/mountains, tourist/community, big/small. I would suggest joining some FB groups and read what people living in areas you are looking at are writing about the area. They can also give you referrals for agents in their towns.

Right now yes because the Acquaviva station is closed so you take a bus transfer (on the same ticket). But usually just one change in Palermo Centrale.

Hi, Would you recommend Mussemeli for a lock up and go holiday home? Also, I don't drive abroad as it's the opposite side of the road to us in Ireland. Is there a taxi service there and, how difficult is it to get there from Palermo? I can get to Palermo easily, it's the next part of the journey concerns me. Warmest Regards Regina
Yes you can lock up and leave here. There are taxi's but you need to message them for a ride. There is a train station in the bottom of Palermo airport and you can take the train to Acquaviva then 15 minute taxi to Mussomeli.
