- The before of my next door house downstairs that I will be furnishing for a 2 bedroom rental. Most of the furnishings you see are out of the house and I have ordered new items and purchased some antiques.
This home is the other half of what was originally a palace. The downstairs will be rented and the upstairs will connected to my home.
We will update you along the way as we get everything together for summer! Hoping to have it available June 15th on Airbnb, Booking and renting directly.

Great rental it's pretty Nice!! love the coffee ☕ bar idea and also you know how Italians you'll have to at least have All the related items that you would need like cork screw, wine, glasses all that in case they want to drink their wine or liquor, So they can buy their own alcohol but it would be a good idea to have those items in case , 😀
They sure do! IKEA sells wine and has a wine opener in the food court. I have to at least beat that 🤣
I think the furniture was perfect for that room.
May be not perfect furniture for rental
It looks so much better in the other place. I will show pictures soon.
A family of five used that bathroom..... I couldn't fit my dog in that shower.
I love italy, but the kitchen's and the bathrooms are all messed up.
They are small. I will enlarge the shower over the winter.
