    That's funny that you mention the steps (via FitBit or Apple Watch). Every time I go to Italy, my FitBit is like YEAH! GOALS MET! And I get home, and it's like...did you die? 😂

    The quality of life in Italy in the highest in Europe. It’s a rich country that can afford healthcare for each and every resident, the stress is minimal, the quality of food is excellent due to the laws that are protecting public health, you can have access to fresh fish daily and there is a lot motivation to move around with the beautiful scenery and beaches museum and sites to see when I’m there I don’t even realise how much I walked

    How Do You Know How Long You Want To Live Until Your There. Your Young, When Your A Little Older You Might Want To Hang On. All Our Vegetables And Fruit are Sprayed at the Borders With Chemicals and Something to Keep Them From Perishing. If The Food Is Not Treated in Sicily,You Will Live Longer. The Secret to long life is Olive Oil. Italians are the Longest living People on the Planet.
