I get back next week and am meeting with tradespeople. This is a bigger project than my house and we are looking forward to starting in late February 🤞 we will share videos. First is to landscape so we can see how much space we actually have back there!!
Lemon house will be approximately €40K for renovations because the flooring needs to be completely replaced on the second level. My house ‘Church House’ has less structural work and the ‘have to’ repairs were €12K
We paid €25K for this BUT we bought another rental we haven’t shown yet for €25k that is turnkey ready and beautiful. For this we were focusing on what it could be with the yard and all the terraces. The outdoor space is going to be amazing when it is done and rare in town.

It will be an Airbnb until my brother retires then this will be his house 😊

It is easy to find people but it takes a while for renovation. Timelines are long.
