Listed for €9,000 in Mussomeli Sicily. There is extra space in the bedroom to have an office for remote work.
We aren’t agents but like to show homes in the town I live in since it’s so difficult to find listings online. #livinginitaly #mussomeli #hometour #housetour #sicily #cheaphouses
Nice house 👍👍
So nice
After I went to another video to let you know I came back and everything did work. It would be better if you slow down a little, like the bathroom upstairs maybe there is a way to put a shower upstairs. That would be a great second home but before I fly over, is there anything to do in the area? I would be interested in looking at some homes and find out the pros and cons. I guess I would have to start with the city, or whoever is in charge of building and zoning ( permits).
This city is more of a community and not touristy. However close to many activities. In Mussomeli there are bars, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, museums, a castle, paddleball and more.
Thanks for sharing. I'm looking to buy a retreat in Italy. ❤
I hope you get one 😀

😀
Could you pls advise what will be the approximate additional costs for purchasing this house? Thanks ladies!
I think from what i've read elsewhere if you include taxes, agent fees, translator fees, notary fees etc it's often ~ 2,500 to 4,000 euros
The additional fees would need to be confirmed with the agency but...
Notary approximately 2100
Sales Tax of 9% (if not an EU citizen) on the castral value. A home that just sold for 15K had sales tax of 1700
Agency fee 500 for a house under 10k
How much îs sale tax for EU citizens?
And can it be bought online?
Just add 25% for fees.
Has this sold, i cant seem to find it online? thanks
It has sold.
Hello. Is this house still available ?
It has sold.
Hi do you happen to know any builders in Sicily ?
For total new builds, no I don’t.
@@TheAmateursAbroad I don’t mean a new build I mean a buy and refurbish
