Recipe: Irresistible Potato & Sausage Skillet
Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper (any color), chopped
6 sausages (your choice of type), sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 teaspoon paprika
A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil or butter for cooking
Instructions:
Cook the Sausages:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
