    Ingredients:
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 sausages, sliced
    1 tomato, diced
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 long green pepper, chopped
    4 sheets of cheese, cut into smaller pieces
    ½ teaspoon black pepper
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1 small tortilla
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Ingredients:
    Start by chopping the onion, tomato, and long green pepper.
    Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
    Beat the eggs in a small bowl and set them aside.
    Cut the cheese sheets into smaller pieces for easy melting.
    Cook the Sausages:
    Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
    Add the sliced sausages and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
    Sauté the Vegetables:
    In the same pan, add a little oil if necessary.
    Add the chopped onion and green pepper to the pan. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the pepper is softened, about 3-4 minutes.
    Add the diced tomato and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
    Combine Ingredients:
    Return the cooked sausages to the pan with the vegetables.
    Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture.
    Add the salt and black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
    Cook the Eggs:
    Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled, about 3-4 minutes.
    Add the Cheese:
    Once the eggs are cooked, place the cheese sheets over the top of the scramble.
    Cover the pan with a lid and let the cheese melt, about 1-2 minutes.
    Warm the Tortilla:
    While the cheese is melting, warm the tortilla in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.
    Serve:
    Once the cheese has melted, remove the pan from heat.
    Spoon the sausage and veggie scramble onto the warm tortilla.
    Roll up the tortilla to form a wrap, or serve it on the side.
