Thank you for this program! I recently had a facelift about 10 weeks ago and I had been a runner prior, about 5k 3x a week. I am scared to start running again because I am worried about the bouncing over time loosening up the work and or facial structures and causing me to get back my old neck jowels etc. I know there is not any actual research done on this so we are on our own. What are your thoughts/ instincts/experience ?
Dear Dr. Kopelman, I recently watched one of your videos and found it both highly informative and educational. I am currently residing in the UK, but I plan to visit your clinic next year for some procedures. As the time approaches, I would appreciate any guidance on the best way to plan and arrange the treatments. Thank you in advance for your assistance, and I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Mei
😊 thank you my teacher so kind can these Olympic athletes get their fat pads naturally again if they would retire in their professions just by eating and taking care of their skin wearing sun protection and having a balanced diet and gain some weight?

Very informative! The first runner lost her lips it look like? Is that possible?
Yes. And that’s because you can lose fat in your lips as well. Our lips have a subcutaneous fat layer.
What about renuva (adipose matrix)
Do you think bodybuilders competing have a similar aged face though they do have more muscle
Yes. I do believe this happens to all extreme athletes. They push their body reserves to the limits that then cause facial atrophy.
@@drkopelman I guess any time extreme levels of fat is lost it makes a face look old and gaut
How do we reverse it later in age please 🙏
Fat grafting and facial fillers are cosmetic ways to address facial volume loss.
