Prevent Lawn Grubs
There are numerous ways to prevent lawn grub destruction. I've chosen chlorantraniliprole (active ingredient in Grub EX). There are also more natural or organic methods, such as milky spore, effective mostly on japaneese beetle larva (SEE BELOW).
As noted in the video there are concerns of products interfering with pollinating bees. This is especially a problem with products bearing active ingredients of imidacloprid or thiamethoxam.... GrubEX's active ingredient is chlorantraniliprole and has been reported as not as toxic, compared to other products. There are hundreds of websites and studies online which offer conflicting answers. However, from what I've read the issue is more so a problem with other prodcuts when applied to lawns with flowering weeds (entry way to bees).
