The final destination 2 logic is very funny to me because all the people on the list were indirectly saved by the original victims' deaths, so they should already be dead. That on its own makes sense. Until you look at the big picture. Statistically, you have made decisions that saved your life or other people's lives without you even knowing. So the ripples would be massive and spread like a zombie virus in an apocalypse movie. 1000s of people would have indirectly been saved by people who should be dead, so the list would grow at a rapidly accelerating rate.

The lens/filter you use makes for such an immaculate 90's "found footage" vibe, even when it's such high resolution. ❤

oh wow, there was a movie of this book, and I HATED that movie. It sounds like it's a pretty shallow chronicle of the events of the book, so it's missing a bunch of the internality of the characters. It ends up feeling like a shallow pointless story about conflict in relationships.

Speaking as an American, I have no fucking clue what you were talking about with the dentist. Dentists in the USA typically use Novacaine or Nitrous Oxide. The Ketamine, Benzodiazapane, or Propofol are options I have never once encountered being used.

For the Classroom Chain trap, you forgot to mention that even if he were to pull his jaw out and survive, he would die regardless because the exit was welded shut, making it an impossible to escape trap ^^^

The first trap having escape room like elements, gradually revealing things and pushing the participants to go further....I miss that. The "you have 3 minutes to maim yourself or die" really misses out on the pressure and tension.

Completely unrelated to Final Destination, but on the subject of American dentistry and drugs, while they were willy nilly with it for a good chunk of history, at least since the 1980's/90's, most dental procedures are carried out unanesthetized, or with limited local anesthesia like novacaine or lidocaine. While exceptions are made for anxiety/panic disorders, and dental based phobias, most people don't get put under unless they're undergoing some form of major oral surgery. That being said that's regular folks, VIPs can afford to go to exclusive private dentists and doctors that are more than a bit loose with when it comes tk their professional and personal ethics who will diagnose them anything and provide whatever prescriptions/procedures in whatever quantities they want as long as their checks keep clearing.

i need to know your opinion on Trap

As a fan of the franchise who have written my own script about it, and learned a lot during my 20 years of enjoying the franchise...I will believe in that Clear Rivers has STILL been on the list...and thus she could have died at any given point, but since she hadn't let her guard down for one bit, death couldn't get to her... Yeah it is flawed, but a possible theory. And another thing that doesnt make sense... If you in Final Destination 5, given the rule that you kill someone else off the list to gain their years...wouldn't the person being killed off, like the federal agent...when being killed off, NOT do anything to the killer (best friend)? When the best friend kills the agent, the agent dies...but, he dies DUE to the best friend killing him off...thus, the agent was always gonna die on that day...all along, by the friend...thus the entire franchise kinda makes itself impossible to follow? If the agent goes dead, even though if the bridge premontion didnt happen, or not to mention the earlier premontions that took place "before" Sam's intervention, wouldn't the agents last year be that year he got killed off by the best friend. The whole reason Final Destination 2s plot was a thing, was because the survivors there were the leftovers of Final Destination 1, written on a new list, even going backwards to patch things up... Meaning that best friend would still be next, by that logic, even though he killed the agent, cause the agent would have died cause of him...or something else, with FD2s logic. This includes Nathan...so...no...you can't cheat death...in the end...but.... they have already done that by walking off the plane... yep...I love this franchise and the lore is interesting...but the code is not yet cracked.
