The reality is not all companies have the same morals . And it’s pretty hypocritical to think setting your family up while on vacation to go see a “timeshare presentation” for 90-120 minutes because of a “Good deal” is a great idea. If you’re not a fan of the way the timeshares work then why continue to ride the coat tails of their marketing packages. Just save money and pay for a vacation on your own and guess what, no presentations lol you don’t have to do all this planning to say no . Nothing admirable about it.

I work for Hilton when it comes to time share, I’m gonna be honest it’s not for everyone is for the people that care where they stay they travel and have the money for it and again there’s no way that you can have a complain because you sign up to it we do not make you come or manipulate you to come it’s your own decision to come to the presentation and if for you coming for 2 hours just to say no and also get gifts is a hassle go camping 😂😂

I would recommend getting a fidelity debit card. They return your atm fee cost within a day.

The problem is I'm the kind of guy who can't say "No". I wish I watched this vid earlier or did a little more research but they blocked the internet so I couldn't check. Long story short. AVOID TIMESHARES!!! I won't go into anymore presentations cuz again I just can't say "no". >:(

I came across this same issue and was reconsidered and approve for this same card. What I mentioned to the rep that got me approved was that a few cards showing in my credit report are only authorized user accounts and as long as you say your not responsible for paying those cards you can get reconsider and approved. Try out!

Had personal card not a business card. This is my feed back. No difference than platinum. Other than people on your d when they see it. Save the 4k+ spend it on a travel agent and get better travel. If you are looking for up sales and people thinking you are going to over tip or if not get dirty looks go for Centurion. Go for platinum. Just my feed back. If you own a business and get a corporate card it might make sense with the incentives and upgrades for your people.

The ATM machine abroad (they call it "bankomats" where I went) prompted me to Accept Conversion or Decline Conversion. I assume that this asks if I accept the ATM bank's exchange rate, and if I decline, I will accept whatever rate Schwab offers, which will likely be better. However, if pressing Decline Conversion I wonder if the transaction will be rejected?

I had a complete look at the industry from the inside. ❤ So here's my simple advice about timeshares : oh hell NO ! Never !! .. just say NO !! Is bad as you saw it was .. 😂 The truth is: It's even worse! NEVER Get involved with the timeshare ! NEVER 🎉 ... Even if they call it vacation ownershi, Even if they call it a vacation club .. What you didn't mention (but may not have been available 6 months ago) is the Venture One, they give you an automatic $250 off your first travel booking (plus the $75k), and they give you $100 off for TSA Pre-Check. I've checked their portal and the pricing is the same outside the portal, I wanted to make sure. Thanks again.
