Thanks, I was wondering about that. I’m wondering if I’d get the same level of service from the Mastercard concierge with my Savor (since I just downgraded my VX to Quicksilver).
@@robertjarrell7276 Anytime Robert! Hmm so the Savor is also a Mastercard World Elite so you should get the same service. I know Anthony and I use the Bilt card a lot in our videos, but I've used the Chase Freedom Flex as the communication line between the Mastercard concierge and I found the experience basically the same.
A ghost tour and bday dinner in Nola sounds oddly familiar to me. I am still not sure I would ever call a consierge, but I do like that it's there. Also im not sure my total phone calls for my life equals 41 minutes. For the foreseeable future I will stick with consulting Old Man Zimmer down the block for all my event planning needs.
Awesome stuff. I appreciate you guys helping me get this done and it was a fun video to make. Amex came in as the underdog 😅 and surpassed expectations
Thanks man! Of course, glad to help out! Had an amazing time at the birthday party; thanks for inviting us! We were there literally until they closed haha. For sure, the Amex concierge was way more helpful than they were the first time around. Got you a cake and everything!
Can you try this again, but with exclusive/private opportunities? For me personally, I'm a big golfer, but would like to gain access to private clubs to play a round or two. Could you try this experiment again with something similar to this?
Man my order would be Master Card, JP, Amex then visa. My thing with Amex is they are pushing you to do all the work now essentially making their concierge service useless. Great video as always.
Actually after editing the video I also have to agree with your ranking. I think there were two issues with how we did this video. 1. Since we didn’t have each other’s experience and just using a second hand account, I don’t think we could properly compare and just had to believe the other person’s experience was what was being relayed. 2. I could be wrong; however, I believe Sledge got the extra benefits by using FHR and the Amex concierge in tandem. Therefore I think he was experiencing more of the benefits of FHR rather than just the concierge. Those are my thoughts now that I know how everything happened. Thanks Rookie!! Appreciate you being here!
@@CalbyNgIf I used FHR, maybe that would be the rankings but the only thing Amex didn't do was the Ghost tour. They did the rest on their own. I used IHG pts to book my hotel long before we though about trying this experiment.
@@SledgeIncTeam Ohhhh, that was my mistunderstanding, my bad. Then yeah, that was pretty insane they were able to call the hotel on your behalf and get you all those benefits.
Ohhhhh that's a good point!! Only issue is he only gets a few credits with the Founders concierge, but I'll contact him and see if he's down. Thanks Ian!
Ha! Thanks man!! And thanks again for joining in this project; definitely great to see real world results this time too. Hey, when it's the best it's the best.

@CalbyNg I'm glad you mentioned FHR though, I have 2 FHR credits to use b4 the end of the year
You gotta get Joe on here with the founders elite

@ if they limit you to five hours before they charge you seems like it’s gonna be good if you have to pay for it.
So you telling me Stan is multi-millionaire 😮
We are not worthy 🙇♂️ thanks bro!
You are the man Xavier
